Wesley Hays

Wesley Hays is the Founder and Partner of Diamond H Capital, a real estate investment and property management firm focused on manufactured housing communities in the US Midwest region. Wes is an accomplished leader in real estate and has vast experience in several real estate sectors, working in manufactured housing, luxury apartments, low-income housing, and mixed-use properties. Wes has managed assets above $2.5 billion in real estate in his tenure. Prior to Diamond H Capital, Mr. Hays was the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer for RV Horizons, the 5^th largest operator of Manufactured Housing Communities in the United States with 23,000 lots. During his time as CEO/COO, RV Horizons was ranked in INC 5000 Fastest Growing Companies. Under Mr. Hays’s stewardship RV Horizons grew to 253 communities in 29 states. Prior to his time at RVH, Wes oversaw a portfolio of affordable housing apartments (both LIHTC and Section 8) in the Midwest. Additionally, Wes worked for 2 of the largest privately held manufactured housing community operators in the United States overseeing large portfolios and a luxury apartment owner/operator. Wes received his B.S. in Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Missouri State University.
